What time is check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is 4pm and our check-out time is 10am.
Is the property on Table Rock Lake?
Yes, we have a private dock for swimming or fishing. We have solar powered lights if needed. We have a boat slip but it is not available for your boat or a rental boat per Army Corps of Engineers dock permit.
Can we bring our own jet ski?
Yes, we have one jet ski docking pad. You can launch at Rice Camp just down the street.
Where is the studio apartment?
It is tucked away behind the shop. It is very private and quiet. Great for nap time for Grandma & Grandpa or babies.
How late in the season is the pool open?
Dependent upon the weather, we hope to keep the pool open as late in the season as possible. Since our pool is heated, our goal is to have it open at least through October.
Are pets allowed at Van Kirk Cove?
The only pets allowed at Van Kirk Cove are service dogs.

Van Kirk Cove was absolutely beautiful! The house, the grounds, the pool, and the surrounding area were well kept. The house was very spacious for my 13 member family and the pool had plenty of play toys for the children. The rooms in the house were very private and quiet. We had a fantastic time while in Branson. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed our vacation with our adult kids and their families. We ate nearly all of our meals at the house. We all enjoyed the pool. We loved that it had shallow areas for the littles as well as deeper areas for the older kids. We stayed during a really hot week, so the shaded areas and sun umbrellas were much appreciated. We had a problem with the AC on arrival. A service tech was sent out that day (Sunday) to resolve the problem.

We loved our stay! We had a few concerns throughout the trip and made recommendations on how to improve for future stays and the host was incredibly gracious! Upon arrival the upstairs bath did not have a shower curtain liner but they promptly dropped one off shortly after asking. Our family loved fishing off the dock, fire pits, hot tub, game room - all of it! We would certainly love to come back again. Thank you so much!
